Flagship programme

Our flagship programme

32 sessions. Two per week over sixteen weeks. Goal: spoken autonomy in a francophone setting.

  1. Greetings and foundations

Greeting, introducing yourself, taking leave, asking short questions. The learner dares to open their mouth from session one.

  2. Daily survival in French

Transport, restaurants, shopping, directions, everyday situations. Built around role-play, not vocabulary lists.

  3. Job-focused conversation

Vocabulary and scenarios calibrated to your role and sector: client calls, meetings, updates, simple negotiation, short presentations.

Our signature offer

Cultural intelligence for the DRC

For staff travelling to the Democratic Republic of Congo or working with Congolese partners: rituals of greeting, hierarchy and titles, meeting conduct, hospitality codes, the art of being accepted. No one else in Kenya can teach this.

How it works

Audit first, training after

Every engagement starts with a free audit. We assess the learner's linguistic profile and their business context, then build the plan. Never the other way around.

On site or online

Individual or small-group, at your office or remote, scheduled around your team.

Ready to start?

A thirty-minute audit, no commitment, and a clear plan for one of your people.

Our promise

What we deliver, what we don't promise

What we deliver

  • Spoken operational autonomy in sixteen weeks.
  • Active understanding of francophone business codes.
  • Training by native French speakers, fully bilingual in English.
  • An integrated path: audit, training, follow-up.

What we don't promise

  • Advanced written mastery (reports, contracts, formal memos).
  • DELF or DALF certification. Alliance Française holds that authority.
  • Literary or academic French.
  • Reaching B1 or B2 in sixteen weeks. That needs a longer programme, which we offer honestly.
